ARCHERY & FISHING (Coed)
The outdoor sports campers may be transported off-site for their practice sessions. Your campers will learn fishing and archery techniques.
BASEBALL (Boys Only)
The baseball campers may be transported off-site for their practice sessions. Wear baseball attire and bring a glove, cleats and any other equipment that you would need for playing baseball.

Coach Lee Rouson
Coach Rouson is a two-time Super Bowl Champion with the New Your Giants where he was also named the 1986 Giant's special teams player of the year. He played college football at the University of Colorado where he was a four-year letterman and also became the school's fourth all-time leading rusher. Coach Rouson also serves as our Coaches chaplain for Power Camp and is serving in full time ministry sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and discipling the next generation of leaders. He has been married to his wife Lisa for over 20 years and has four children.

LACROSSE (Boys Only)
Coach Bob Bergstrom
Coach Bergstrom has played lacrosse on the high school and college levels. He has coached 20 years as the Smithsburg Boys Varsity Assistant Coach. Coach Bergstrom also has extensive dodgeball experience and is ready to go all out at Power Camp!
Coach Patrick Bergstrom
Patrick has been involved in lacrosse since he could pick up a stick. He played club lacrosse in middle school and then went onto be a 4-year starter and 2-year captain at Smithsburg High School where he holds the all-time scoring record. Patrick continued his lacrosse career in college at Wesley College where he was Academic All-Conference his junior and senior year. He still plays club ball whenever he gets the chance. Patrick has helped coach the Smithsburg Varsity in the past and will be assisting the Smithsburg JV in the 2012 season. He also helped coach lacrosse at the at FCA Power Camp in 2011.

Coach Joe Burger
Coach Burger has over 22 years of soccer coaching experience. He has coached youth, club, J.V, Varsity, and college level soccer teams in the area. He is currently the head coach of a U-18 girls soccer team from the Linganore Urbana Youth Soccer Club. Coach Burger possesses a dual license with the United States Soccer Federation and also the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Coach Julia Forystek
Coach Forystek has played varsity tennis in high school and has coached in Lynchburg Virginia at Liberty Christian Academy, where she and her sister coached their team to a 2nd place finish in the conference. She has a unique coaching method, which helped their girls develop to be agile on the court. When they strength train they do not use weights but rather strength training with only their bodies. Coach Forystek is delighted to teach tennis basics at this years FCA Power Camp!
